Dianna W. Brogan, M.D.
Dr. Brogan was born and raised in the Michigan City area. She earned her undergraduate degree at Notre Dame where she met and later married her husband, Jack. She attended medical school at Loyola Stritch School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at Northwestern's Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. After completing her residency, she worked as a hospitalist through Children's Memorial and Highland Park Hospitals. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics and on Editorial Board of The Journal "Child's Doctor." She is on staff at Children's Memorial Hospital and participates in clinical research with the Private Practice Research Group. Dr. Brogan and her husband have two daughters and one son. They enjoy outdoor sports and family activities. Dr. Brogan joined Associated Pediatricians in 1998.
Pablo A. Bukata, M.D.
Dr. Bukata was born in Argentina and moved with his family to Indiana when he was 2 years old. In 1992, he graduated Valedictorian from Wabash College. He attended Indiana University School of Medicine and was elected to the medical honors fraternity Alpha Omega Alpha. After receiving his medical degree in 1996, he began pediatric residency at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. During his training, he spent time with Associated Pediatricians in the Valparaiso and Portage offices. In 1995, Dr. Bukata married Christine, his high school sweetheart. Christine was raised in Munster and is a graduate of Valparaiso University. Christine and Pablo have two sons and a daughter. Pablo enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and watching Star Trek. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. He joined Associated Pediatricians in 1999. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics.
Jeffrey E. Miller, M.D.
Dr. Miller was born in 1953, and raised in Lafayette, Indiana. He was elected to Phi Beta Kappa at Indiana University and earned his undergraduate degree in 1975. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1979, and completed his pediatric internship and residency at Riley Children's Hospital in 1982. He received the Lyman T. Meiks Award in Pediatrics and served as an instructor of Pediatrics at IU School of Medicine from 1982 to 1984. From 1984 to 1986, he was attending pediatrician at Emmanuel Hospital in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Miller is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics. He is medical director for Pediatric Nursing Specialists. He and his wife, Kathy Glade, have two sons. He has been in practice locally since joining Associated Pediatricians in 1986.
Susan L. Bishop, M.D.
Dr. Bishop was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois She was a graduate of Northwestern University Honors Program in Medical Education in 1984 at Northwestern University Medical School in 1986. She completed her internship and residency at Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago in 1989. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics. She remains on staff at Children's Memorial Hospital and is involved in the resident's training program. She has served on the hoard of the Porter County Health Department and the AIDS Advisory council for the Valparaiso Schools. Dr. Bishop and her husband, Marc, have a daughter. She has been in practice locally since joining Associated Pediatricians in 1989.
Alice C. Harrington, M.D.
Dr. Harrington graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame and received her medical doctorate from Indiana University School of Medicine. She performed her pediatric internship and residency at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Harrington serves on the Porter County Child Protective Team and is Assistant clinical Professor at Indiana University School of Medicine where she is involved in the training of medical students. She and her husband, Tom Ludwig, have two sons. She enjoys gardening and art projects. She has been in practice locally since joining Associated Pediatricians in 1982.
Thomas E. Ludwig, M.D.
Dr. Ludwig graduated with Distinction from Indiana University School of Medicine. He served his pediatric internship and residency at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics. He is a member of the Indiana State Medical Association and a member and past President of the Porter County Medical Society. He has served as the Medical Advisor to the Valparaiso Community Schools and the Porter County School System. He is Assistant Clinical Professor at Indiana University of Medicine where he is involved in medical student education. He and his wife Alice Harrington, have two sons. He enjoys woodworking, building furniture and sail craft. He has been in practice locally since joining Associated Pediatricians in 1982.
Elizabeth K. Campbell, M.D.
Dr. Campbell grew up with her family in LaPorte. She received her B.A. in chemistry from DePauw University. She then attended Indiana University School of Medicine where she was elected to the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. In addition, she was awarded the Lyman T. Meiks award for outstanding performance in clinical pediatrics. She completed her residency at the University of Utah and Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Matthew and together they have one son. While in Utah, Dr. Campbell discovered a love of downhill skiing and in her free time also enjoys hiking with her family and their two greyhounds.
